Finished new artwork about post apocalyptic restaurant

And here is the sketch before coloring

Music by Dan Henig - Danger Snow

Mc Mofo

Just finished to draw the new comic page and I'm lovin' it

.

And the pencilled version

Red Alert

I have drawn already many times the Little Red Riding Hood. Can't help it, it's my favorite fairy tale character

A

And this is how drawing was look like without colours

Angels and Jellyfishes

I created new artwork inspired by my trip in Japan. The trip was a fun experience, but there is no place like home

Here I put some steps of coloring process

Dinosaur remake

I worked a little bit more on this old drawing. I quite liked the previous version, but always had a feeling it was kinda unfinished. Now it's fixed.

Here how it was before

Running with the wolves

It took me some time to finish animating this werewolf transformation. I drew each frame separately and for the background I used a little help of After Effects

Master of cans

This 3d model I created in Blender

It was based on this sketch

Some static images from different angles. As you can see I added two purple light sources on the sides to make it a bit more dramatic

Saint casino

Just finished to draw comics about casino sect. If you hit the jackpot - it's not always a good sign

And the sketch of course

Brassic

I liked a lot Brassic series for it's characters and humour. So I decided to make fan art based on the episodes I laughed the most.

And pencilled version as usual. As you can see in colored version some things were added, some things were changed.

Keeper of the stars

Here you go a little sketch I made a couple of days ago

And boom! it's colored

Set me on fire

 New art

"Я из тех кто не помнит с чего началось,

Как уселся за стол политический вертеп.

Человеческий вепрь захотел шашлыка,

Вставим в пузо земли баллистический вертел.

Развязали пупок кровожадной свинье,

Раздраконили шершня, разворочали улей,

В вороненых котлах закипает свинец,

Покрестите меня томагавком и пулей."

Швах

And pencilled version

Microphone fiend

Small animation I made in the After Effects

Turn on the light

This is not really a comics.

I just wanted to practice a bit with different light sources. So what we have here is a sunny day with natural light, a room with artificial light, a room with natural light from a window and a starry night...

And as usual, the sketch version before I colored it

Dar

Just finished new art piece...

Надо мной небо цвета титана, это полвозни

Чё я там поймал, это угар и ни одной звезды

Принял полностью свой дар, но и не сжёг мосты...

Truwer - Soltustik

I made a short video of the development process of this art piece.

On a certain stage I was not very happy with the character design and decided to replace it just with one character.

Also the idea of the rain and energy circle came to me in the coloring process. In the beginning I was actually not thinking about it.

The drawing is inspired by the song of Truwer - Soltustik (the one you hear in the background).

Everytime I listened to it I had some ideas of telekinesis drawings and after some time I created this piece.

Hope you like it 😉

Blue Queen remake

This drawing I made a long time ago, but never posted a sketch of it. It's a Red Queen from Alice in Wonderland, which in the colored version of mine became Blue. But this is already another story...

Remake of the old drawing

https://www.deviantart.com/alexlandish/art/Blue-Queen-506386854?fbclid=IwAR2ua2Z4KoZur7Z_BoMuwPDfUd6fmzJJYpTHOfovYzUSW3nbVv3YNNe37Ww

In the previous version the character was falling a bit. Also there was a problem with the shoulders. They were too small compared to the head. And hearts in the background were kinda ugly, so I replaced them with nicer hearts.

And as I said previously I wanted to draw the Red Queen, but couldn't find a nice colour palette. The blue tones however fit nicely. So I left it this way.

Design I made for European Commission article

Wrestle the demons

I decided to start posting sketches of my artworks. Maybe you can find it interesting to look at image before it get colored

.

Here is the colored version. I made the goat horn a bit bigger. Covered the arm of satyr and made his body more visible on the side. And added some blood here and there

Be curious

Finished to draw short comics about dream of the kid and his friend goldfish.

Greetings

Just finished the new drawing. The duck family greets newcomer from outer space

Cruella

I was quite surprised how good actually Cruella movie is. Usually I'm not a big fan when Disney makes movies based on their animations, but this time in my opinion they succeeded. Story and characters were very nice. I even decided to create some fan art based on this movie ;)
